To enforce our terms, we collect a device identifier (UUID). If you register, we collect the email address provided. If you subscribe, all billing and personal information is handled by Stripe, and we do not have access to it. We access only the subscription information associated with the registered email address, such as status, history, and customer ID. Other than Stripe, we do not share any information with third parties. No additional information is collected, shared, or accessed.
You may contact us at support@counterpointbot.com to request deletion of your account data both with us and with Stripe.
Aside from its internal app data and installation directories, the app only accesses files explicitly selected when either opening an associated .cpb file or using its File menu.
The app may access system resources, such as audio devices, only when required for its core functionality.
